Hi iam having problems with my phone and obviously cannot bring into a shop to get fixed. It keeps saying I have head phones on which I don't, I have done everything I can to try fix it but can't, the reason I am messaging you and have emailed you ad my phone is still in warranty at the moment but I don't know when the shops will be opened and by then if may not be, so what am I suppose to do?Â
