sim not active after 24 hrs

upgraded phone from samsung galaxy j3 tp galaxy a21s. phone arrived with new sim card. installed new card and activated. 24 hrs later still no service. also want to keep original number with new phone.

Hi @chri5howells,

 

If it was an upgrade you’ve done, the old number will remain automatically. Does your old SIM still work?

Hi, I have this same problem. I received new replacement card at Saturday, done all of things for.active and after 24 h I still waiting... I must have this number active after saturday ...

Hi, I have upgraded my phone but it’s been over 24 hours since I activated my sim and I still don’t have service.

Have you tried restarting your phone as this is sometimes required?
