Welcome to they iD Community.
This message is usually displayed when the handset you're using the SIM in is locked to your old network.
If you contact your previous network provider (Vodafone) they can assist with getting this unlocked for you.
Once unlocked, the iD SIM should work like usual.
The SIM should already be active so this isn't a case of it not yet being so.
