purchased sim only deal 15.6.2020

porting in requested 26.6.2020

estimated completion 30.6.2020

number stopped working 30.6.2020

 

contacted through chat 5 times

technical team logged complaint reference 198142609

and closed the comlaint falsley claiming its resolved on 6.7.2020

5th person i chatted with was Dominuque who told me my porting will be for latest completed end of 6.7.2020

 

still i am left without my number.

 

urgent attention needed;

i am carer of a serevely disabled person who dont know how to dial and my number has beens setup with #SOS function and he lost contact with me.

i work for NHS and lost all urgent contact.
