Waiting for my order to be accepted (it's been well over 24 hours)
It's been well over 24 hours since my order confirmation email of the phone and contract, but I am yet to receive an acceptance email. I ordered the phone on Thursday well before 5pm meaning it should have been with me on Friday, but nothing has arrived and its now Saturday. I read on the 'delivery' page of 'help & advice' that I can track my order, but I can't find this anywhere on the website? Can someone help me please? I won't be at this address for long so need this to arrive ASAP
