Didn’t pass internal security check but you have taken £49.99 out of my bank for the phone! I want this refunded asap

We’re sorry to hear that you didn’t pass the check. Any money taken will be refunded within 3-5 working days; the money may only be seen as pending due to not passing the check anyway.

Let us know if you do not see the money after 5 working days.
