Error when entering STAC code?

Got my new phone and SIM, want new number asked my old provider for STAC which I got, filled in the form but keep getting an error saying something isnt right but I've triple checked everything and it should be ok?? Not sure how to resolve so I can actually use my data/phone without WiFi?

Make you’re using your transaction number, which begins with a “4”, from your invoice.

Alternatively, submit your STAC from your My iD Account online or the iD app.

You should find the transaction number beginning with a “4” in a welcome email from us.
