When I enter the number I want to transfer along with pac an error appears stating that the number are wrong. I have checked these several times. Please help.

Are you entering the correct Transaction number?
This should begin with 4.
You can check your Welcome to iD email which should have this number on there.

Put your new iD SIM card into a phone, and call or text a friend, or family member.
They should be able to tell you your mobile number.
Otherwise, it should be shown on the invoice you received with your order items.
