Giving ID my pac code to keep same number

I’ve just made a contract with ID through carphone warehouse and would like to share my pac code with ID so that my number doesn’t get changed. I’d like to call someone to go through this but cannot find a number I can call… can anyone help me with this?

You can enter your porting details on our website here: https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/ or you can register for an online account through our app to submit your PAC code too.
