I can't change my number!

I’m trying to ort my number but it’s coming up as - information provided is incorrect.  I don’t know what I’m doing wrong!  I’ve got the PAC, new number came up on new phone (it wasn’t anywhere else so am assuming this is my new number ??) Has anyone else had any issues? It all seems so simple until it’s not.

Hey @Sarah Hayward,

Pop the iD SIM into the phone and call a friend or family.

Get them to confirm the number to you.

This is the iD number.

The number you want to keep (existing number) is the one you want to bring over.

The Transaction number is the one that begins with 4.

You can find this on your “Welcome to iD” email.

Check spam/junk folders for this.
