I recently got a new phone model, an iPhone 8 Plus, however my previous phone model, an old iPhone SE, has a small SIM card that DOES NOT fit my phone or adjust to my new phone model. Frequent attempts on the ‘live chat’ does not work and we are very confused. Therefore how do we order or procure a new SIM card that will fit the new phone model.

We’re sorry to hear about that. Our SIM cards are generally known as ‘multi-SIM cards’ as they break down from the larger size and into 2 smaller sizes so you may have broken it down to the smallest size; the Nano-SIM size.
Both the iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone SE should use the Nano-SIM card size, have you inserted it into the correct side of the SIM card slot?
