Old sim already disconnected but number not retained

Hi!

I would like to ask because my old Three network was already disconnected from my sim today which was expected as per the iD app that my number from Three will be retained at this date (09/02/2021). I cannot use my old sim now for calls and texts. Now, I tried calling my friend’s mobile number and she can still see the iD mobile number instead of my old number I was hoping to retain. The iD app still says that it is due for 09 February process of transferring my number and it still shows the iD number at the top of the application. Is it on the process now? Or were there any problems on the transfer? I am 100% sure that I use the right PAC and sim number from my previous network.
