port in to ID Mobile while on a ID Mobile contract

Hello everyone,I purchased an eSIM from iD Mobile last month to evaluate their services in my area. After being satisfied with the internet speed and other services, I would like to transfer my old number to iD Mobile.Currently, I have a SIM-only contract that auto-renews each month. My primary number is from Asda Mobile, and I have a temporary (secondary) number with iD Mobile. I want to transfer my primary number to iD Mobile and close the temporary number, all while keeping the same contract and package.How can I do this?Thank you.

Not possible - you can’t move a number from one iD account to another iD account, @hasankarimji.

Get a PAC for the ID mobile number you want to keep, and give that to another service provider.

Once the number you want to keep has switched to the new provider, get a PAC from them to use for the iD contract you want to carry on using.
