switch from o2 to id

Hiya 

 

I switched from o2 to id and I have tried several times no to enter my pac Code into the form it gave. It says it was submitted but then nothing else after that. How do I get my number transferred and get my old account closed. At this point it’s taken so long and it’s so hard to get any answers from I’d i am wishing I had stayed with 02 or at least a provider I could phone and speak to someone!
