switching to ID, new SIM card?

Hi

i have an account already but am thinking of switching my wife’s number / phone over to ID. We want to port the existing number but If we proceed do we get a new SIM card or carry on using the existing?

Hi @Pm8224,

If you are looking to switch your wife’s number over to us, she will need to set up a new account first and once the SIM card has been delivered, she can give us a PAC code from her old network to carry the number across.
