I’m new to iD Mobile and I’m very frustrated! I can’t find my Transact 9 digit number! I haven’t received a welcome email either with all my details on. It’s not in my spam/junk either.
I have my PAC code. I know where to go to put the details in for this (after much researching!) but I now need this other number.
iD please help ASAP! I have till the 27th April to get my number transferred. I don’t want to regret leaving my previous provider!
