Urgent Help re Switching

Hi,

 

I hope some can help me ASAP - I received my new phone with ID Sim card on Saturday (6th Feb) and I filled in the PAC code form online to confirm I wanted to keep my number. This submitted and I was told as it was a weekend, the switch would like occur on Tuesday, which it seemed to - yesterday evening my ‘old’ phone lost service and would only work on WiFi and I had a message from my old supplier to confirm the end of the contract.  Today, I wiped that iPhone thinking all was ok (as my new iPhone with ID mobile was ringing when my old number was called. Having now wiped my old phone, my old phone number is no longer showing on my new iPhone and it is not ringing when I try and call my old number. I need this urgently for work and personal reasons - please can someone help? I can’t find anyone to talk to and yes, I have tried turning my phone off and on again to see if that would reset it.
