I have put an ID Mobile SIM into an iPhone 11. I am unable to hear more than the first message or delete any massages. It says I have 3 messages, plays one, then silent for about 30 seconds before going to main menu. Option 1 just repeats this cycle, there is no option to delete or hear other messages.

Sorry to hear about your voicemail issue. Have you tried disabling voicemail via the iD Mobile app/website, and then re-enabling it please?

Yes I have disabled and re enabled. No change. It is currently disabled to avoid getting messages I can’t listen to.
