On 14th June, I placed an order for an eSim for my colleague, which went through to them. However, when they tried to register their eSim on their phone, they got a message that the eSim wasn’t ready yet.

They have tried to get hep, but because they didn’t place the order you won’t help them.

 

Can you please help us get this registered?
