Hi,

 

Want to carryover my number and bought my monthly package online. What's my ID mobile number and transaction number?

It didn’t work yesterday, it does work now.  All I did was click on it so I can’t see that I did anything different! :-)

The link to ‘…/registerMyAccount’ doesn’t work.

Hello @Jules walker,

This would usually be on the Invoice but if for any reason you didn’t receive this, don’t worry.

Head to https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

Register an account (you’ll need the iD SIM in the phone).

 

Then when logged in, click My Services > Keep your number you can then submit the PAC code and number to keep here without the need of a transaction number.

I ordered online through Carphone warehouse and the sim was just in the bag with my new phone I’ve checked emails but can’t find transaction number

The number should be on the SIM card and transaction number is on the receipt. 

 

Please confirm if you have managed to locate these.
