If there is no data service, your daughter will need to check the data roaming setting is activated on her phone and that she also has the correct APN settings.

Let us know if she still has problems and what phone she is using. If it's an iPhone, resetting the network settings may be required.
Can you confirm if you're using the above APN settings provided by Phil?
From your account:
• Log in to the app or My Account.
• Select ‘Services’.
• Toggle ‘Roaming’ on.
And on your iPhone,
Tap Cellular, or Cellular Data, or Mobile Data. Then tap Cellular Data Options and turn on Data Roaming
Is Data Roaming turned on on the phone as well as the iD app as confirmed above?
