If a deal is made it will continue up until 2020 as it is now, however if if no deal is made it will be up to the providers once agsin to set charges.
I think the government thought has stated they'll implement a £45 capp.
It's all very complicated at the moment and there's not many real answers. I'd suggest having a read of this though. That'll probably help.
