Authorising apple account verification of my iD

I have recently bought an iPad and wish to get an apple account. However I the apple consultant I spoke to on the apple phone service said I can only get an apple account after I have  asked iDmobile to authorise  the verification of my phone number. How do I do that please?

Hi @Ojane,

I’m unsure why they would need us to verify an Apple account for you, unless they are talking about using the phone number as a security measure by which a code is sent to the SIM card. Are you using one of our SIM cards inside of your iPad?

Apple accounts (Apple ID) can be set up with an email address using this article from Apple. You’d likely have to set it up via your PC or by using iTunes.
