I'm in a really difficult situation and I hope someone might please be able to help me.
I received a new iphone from you guys on 19th January 2020 and immediately ported my old number. I subsequently discovered 2 small scratches underneath the glass on the phone, so I have asked if I can swap the phone over. Your online chat have advised that I need to send everything back, including the SIM, for 30 days. - (No phone for 30 days in a pandemic??)
Had I not already ported the number then that would be okay as I could continue to use my old phone but they are insisting I send back the sim as well, which would leave me phoneless. I need the phone for work.
Can you please see if there is another way to resolve this?
I don't think I am being unreasonable to say this is unacceptable.
