My mum bought a phone for me 2 years ago but i dont know when it is eligible to uprgrade, its not on her account to check and we domt know how to do it.

Hello there @Cora.atkinson 

Do you have the account registered?  If so, it should definitely say within your My Account area online (or through the iD Mobile App) if you login.

If the account is in her name, she should be able to register with her name and details, along with the iD Mobile number on that contract.

It will be a 24-month contract you’re in, and within the last 60-days of that contract early upgrades should be showing on your account if you sign in (online or through the iD Mobile App).
