i joined id mobile only 4 days ago and ported my number over to the network. i haven’t had any problems with green messages. they have been sending fine and then today i went to send a green message, it was failing to send. i have tried every step, turning my phone off and on, making sure my number was the sending number. i have tried everything. what can i do?

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages. Feel free to message us if you are still unable to send/receive SMS.
