Invalid PAC

I’m having difficulty porting my number, the PAC number ID have sent, tells me it expired 2 weeks ago and my new network says it’s invalid. I have requested it a couple times more since then and it comes back the same! Is it a cunning plan to keep you paying them?

Wrote a previous post about an invalid PAC. Don’t understand why posting my problem on a community forum will solve my problem, can’t I just talk to someone? But this is where I was directed!?
