iPhone 11 box contents

My wife bought an iPhone 11 deal last week. Phone box contained the phone, cable, plug and pods. I bough exactly the same deal which arrived yesterday, but the apple box is smaller as it only contains the phone and cable; the plug and pods have to be bought separately.  Why?

And why is it so difficult to speak with someone at iD

Hi @Karlos,

Unfortunately this comes as a result of a business decision from Apple. The newer manufactured models of their phones will not ship with those contents. We can only apologise on their behalf for the inconvenience caused there.

Thanks Ryan! I suspected as much.  Just feel a little cheated as both were ordered within a week of each other
