Iphone 12 mini - ios 14.3 - calls and data work, not texts

I got an iphone 12 mini mid december. its worked great up until last night. I haven’t been getting any texts through from two factor authentication when I try to log in. Sending texts it just says failed to send. It’s not a number carried over from a previous account or network or anything. Is a new number created for this account in december. I message works and the number on the account in settings matches my number.

 

Edit - i tried the a different sim in the iphone 12 mini and it works fine. i tried my sim in a different iphone and the same issue happens.

Hi @JamesVasa,

We are sorry to hear about that issue. We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
