iPhone 5S Unlock
Hi there, I have an iPhone 5S and I've just bought an ID Mobile sim for it. Would you be able to unlock it, please? Thanks, Nelson

Did you try your ID SIM on your mobile already? If it is locked to a different provider than ID then you would need to contact that provider to have it unlocked. ID can unlocked phones only purchased in Carphone Warehouse or on idmobile.co.uk
Alternatively you can pop in to your local phone shop and have unlocked and pay for the service.
