I got an iPhone 12 on iD mobile. I previously was on EE, but wanted to keep my phone number. I received a text from iD saying that I had successfully transferred my EE number to my iD sim.
I can send texts/calls from the new iD phone and my old EE phone number shows up (which is what I want!). But when it comes to receiving texts and calls, they still go to my old Android phone.
very confused please help!!!

It seems like your number port may still be in process, has it been more than 48 hours since you requested the number port? If so, please restart your handset and let us know if you are still having the same issue.
