I ordered a Sim Only card a week ago but still haven’t received my order. I have been receiving emails and letters explaining that my direct debit will be starting soon. Please would you be able to check the status of my order or resend a SIM card out? Thanks, Sophie

We’re very sorry to hear you’ve not received that @SophieTew, could potentially be a knock on issue with the amount of post Royal Mail are getting recently with the national lockdown in effect.

Still, we’ll ensure we get another one out to you and credit your account for the time you’ve been charged without the ability to access the service.
