Hello I really need to change my number I’m happy to pay the £25 fee to change it I’m getting harassment calls but I haven’t got a crime number could this be added to my next bill at all and be changed as soon as possible

I’ve tryed to contact id to change my number the private message stuff I don’t get no reply I need this done urgently and no one is replying or I can’t contact anyone direct I’m not happy at all
