New iPhone X - Mobile Data Not Working

Hi,

I bought a new, SIM free, iPhone X a few days ago and popped my iD Mobile SIM in. All good, however, my mobile data isn’t working. I went the Settings finder in the Help and Support section to find the data settings I need but the Configuration instructions are for IOS 12, not 13 and don’t correspond to the new software.

Any ideas on how to fix?

Just to add, I’ve turned Mobile Data off and on and restarted my phone but no joy. I can make and receive calls and texts.

Do you have a link to the page that you are referring to?  We’ll then report that to our Web Team to have that updated if this is not something that has been changed since already.

 

Has the iPhone X been used with any other SIM’s previously?  If so, you may need to look within the Mobile Data settings to see if any other previous network profilles or configurations are there and delete those (as they can cause conflicts).
