not sending or reciving any text messages.

Messages were being sent and received last but not being able to send or receive any all day today, tried everything from restarting phone to removing SIM card and airplane mode for 30 seconds as they say on website, I hate that you can never talk to anyone over phone and all online rubbish as you never get the help you need.

We did have some network issues relating to the sending and receiving of text messages on Saturday, but these have since been fixed. Are you still having the same issue, or is it resolved now?
