My number hasn’t transferred yet, I entered my PAC CODE from VIRGIN onto the section in the ID website it said successful but, I still haven’t had confirmation to say it’s worked or when it will go across! I did this days ago! Why is this not working!!
Not happy I have a new phone I can’t use!!
And to find out you can’t even speak to a human using this network!
