ported number problem

Hello,

I ported my number on Tuesday and it has successfully transferred when I make phone calls. However when I text people they receive the message with the id number not with my original one that I had ported. This is an iphone.

Hi @Watts , Thanks for getting in touch. If you got the the “My number” setting, i think it will display the original iD mobile number, please change this so it states the ported number, and it should fix the problem. Please let us know how you get on.
