hi so i have been with iD for a while now and this morning my text messages will not send but i can make calls and my data works fine? how do i fix this please

Hi @em0807 

We are sorry to hear this. There was an unplanned outage on 16/01/21 which had caused the SMS issue. This has been resolved now so you should be able to send/receive text messages. Feel free to message us if you are still unable to send/receive SMS.
