transferred number from old phone and features don't work

I got a text saying my number has been transferred to my new phone but my iMessages, phone calls and FaceTime is not working if tried so many thing but it’s not working still, anyone know the solution?

Hi @ArranS10,

 

Have you checked if the “My Number” setting displays your number that you brought over? I suspect it doesn’t, but if you change it so it does, you should be good to go.
