I have just imported my number over to d and have an apple iPhone every time I text anyone it appears to have failed to send message but the person I text receives the text 3 times duplicated how can I resolve this issue?

We’re sorry to hear this! Sometimes when a number port has taken place, the iPhone’s iMessage service doesn’t fully recognise the change and the feature needs to be updated manually. Please try the below steps and let us know how it goes.
1) Try turning off iMessage (Settings > Messages)
2) Restart your phone (by pressing and holding the on/off button)
3) Tap Settings > Phone > My Number and confirm that it is correct.
4) If it is not correct, please enter the correct number
5) Turn iMessage back to On (Settings > Messages)
6) Finally, go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive and see if the correct number is displayed under “Start new conversations from:”.
