Unable to receive security code on iPad Air

Hi

im trying to register a new account, but as my iPad Air cannot receive SMS messages, I am unable to receive the 8-digit security code. Any suggestions?

Hi @Liz Chapman,

Sorry to hear that you are unable to get your security code to register your account.

Please could you try placing the SIM in a mobile phone and you should be able to get the code when you resend the code.

Once this is done you can pop the SIM back into the iPad and it all should be working for you.
