Hi I have recently purchased a new phone and i would like to unlock my iphone 7 that i had on contract, which has now expired.

Please can you let me know how i should do this.

Hi @joshjwhitlock,

The phones that we supply should already be unlocked, however some older iPhones may still be locked to the network. Have you been able to test another SIM card inside your phone to see if it works?
