Can't pay final bill

Cancelled ID mobile contract and have received my final bill. Have tried the so called bill payment phone number but it won't give me the option to pay my remaining balance. Am very concerned as only have 14 days to pay but seem to have no way of doing so! Please let me know how I can pay my final bill!

Hi @Sonja Breach 

 

Is the number you’re calling 0333 003 0001? What issues are you having with it? You should be able to tap in the number you’re calling about then go through the options to pay any bills.

 

Alternatively if you’re signed up to the iD Mobile app you’ll be able to pay here too by going to the 'My Billing' page, and selecting 'Make a payment'. Then follow the steps shown on the screen and click submit.

Thankyou so much for your reply!! No I've been calling 0333 003 7777 as that was the number recommended by the final bill email... but I'll give the other number a go!

I don't have the app unfortunately... as the phone went straight back.
