Please can someone contact me urgently regarding account ******. I have been trying to cancel the account FOR MONTHS but cannot get hold of anyone. I was advised to cancel my direct debit as I was still wrongfully being charged. Now I’m receiving “collection campaign” automated messages for a paltry £7 which I cannot pay because I cannot speak to anyone!
i cannot log on to the I’d mobile site as I have forgotten my password and cannot apparently reset it without the phone using the iD mobile SIM. That phone has been in storage for months and I cannot get to it at present.
Please cancel my account and remove your collection campaign immediately. This is shocking service!
