cancel contract but no access to phone or account

Hi, I set up a SIM for my son over a year ago and now want to cancel but he will not give me access to his phone or account to do this. I ordered the SIM and I pay the monthly direct debit. Please advise on how I can cancel. Thank you

Just to confirm the SIM is in your name and you are the account holder?

I ordered the SIM and pay the direct debit but my son may have set up the account in his name

Hello Rachel, 

The Direct Debit won’t matter. The account holder is the person who made the purchase.

Can you clarify if you made the purchase in your name (and also the credit check)?

If so, we’ll be able to help sort this.
