My contract ends on the 8th January 2021, the app and website won't allow me to cancel my contract, Is there any other way I can do this?

Hi Ryan I've tried to get through on live chat but it's not working, tried phoning up but nothing is working for me not even on the app or when I log in, I just want to cancel my contract.
