cancelling contract

I do not have my ID mobile number as I did not register the sim card when I took out the contract i only wanted the phone so I discarded the sim, now i cant cancel the payments without a ID mobile number, my 24month contract was up last month an I need help to cancel

I'm desperately trying to cancel my plan. I don't have the sim, therefore can't use the app. I have been trying now for 2 weeks!
