cancelling plan

I have a sim thats never been registered and i have received a ‘do not ignore final notice of demand’ letter for £13. This is the first I have received so this approach will not make me pay. I need to cancel this inactive sim ASAP. The live bot is transferring me to a real agent and I am getting a message to state they are not available and the opening times are 8-6pm Monday to Friday. We are on Wednesday and its 18:09

Hello @Daniellem343,

In this case, you’ve missed the Live Chat agent as weekdays it’s 8-6PM and you’re contacting after 6PM.

 

That said, the SIM card that was purchased was activated on dispatch. Regardless of if it was used or not, you’d have been billed for it and are liable for it.

I’ll PM you anyway so we can look into cancelling this and confirming how much is left to pay.
