final bill amount incorrect

so my 24 month contract ends 24th Feb 23

monthly contract amount = 31.25

got txt from id to say estimated final bill will be 45.23

 

so where did the extra 13.98 come from?

 

dec bill for period ending 24 jan was paid and receivwed by ID on 6th Jan

Hey @blobbity,

You’d be charged a notice period fee for cancelling before the minimum term expires.

Cancelling after the expiry date will carry no charge besides your line rental for the period it remains active for after.
