It appears someone has set up an account in my husbands name and we had a letter re a direct debit back in December so called and left a message on the automated answer machine. Today we have a final demand threatening him with legal action and debt collection agents. We have no dealings with your company and from all the other postings it appears your security checks are not up to scratch. Can someone please get back to me as it is causing us a lot of stress as it already happened previously with Tesco mobile.
